This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the I-69 Trailer Center Part Store. It is intended to describe how return requests, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, pickup issues, and product-condition issues are handled for parts purchased through the online storefront. General Policy
We want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return an item, request an exchange, or report an issue with an order, please contact us promptly so we can review the request and provide instructions.
- Returns must be approved in advance and may require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or similar return approval from I-69 Trailer Center.
- Items sent back without prior approval may be refused or may experience processing delays.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by I-69 Trailer Center.
Current Storefront Fulfillment Model
The current online parts store is set up primarily for online purchase and in-store pickup. Based on the storefront messaging presently displayed:
- Customers are instructed that purchased parts may be picked up in store, typically within approximately one hour after purchase, subject to product availability and normal business operations.
- Online shipping is not currently available through the storefront checkout flow.
- Customers who wish to ask about delivery or shipment outside the standard storefront workflow should contact I-69 Trailer Center directly for assistance or a separate quote, if available.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item generally must meet all of the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 15 days after the customer receives the item or picks it up from the store.
- The item is in the same condition in which it was received, including being unused, unworn, uninstalled, and not altered or damaged by the customer.
- The item is returned with original packaging, tags, components, manuals, and accessories, if applicable.
- The customer provides the order number, receipt, or other reasonable proof of purchase.
Items may not be eligible for return if they are used, installed, damaged after pickup, specially ordered, electrical items that have been installed or tested, clearance/final sale items, or other categories designated by I-69 Trailer Center at the time of sale, unless required by law.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, exchange, or refund review, customers should contact I-69 Trailer Center using the contact information listed below and include:
- the customer name and contact information;
- the order number or proof of purchase;
- the item or items involved; and
- a short description of the reason for the return or refund request.
If the request is approved, I-69 Trailer Center will provide the next steps, which may include an RMA number, return instructions, and whether the item should be brought back to the store.
Incorrect, Defective, Damaged, or Incomplete Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after pickup or receipt. If the wrong item was provided, an item is missing, or a product appears defective or damaged, contact I-69 Trailer Center promptly.
- If I-69 Trailer Center determines that the wrong item was provided, an item was missing, or the product was defective or damaged when provided to the customer, I-69 Trailer Center may, at its discretion, replace the item, exchange the item, provide store credit, or issue a refund.
- Customers may be asked to provide photographs, packaging information, or a description of the issue before a claim is approved.
- No refund will be processed until the item has been returned, inspected, or otherwise reviewed by I-69 Trailer Center, unless I-69 Trailer Center decides otherwise.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before pickup or fulfillment is completed, subject to operational timing and payment-processing status.
- If an order is cancelled before the item is prepared for pickup, a full refund may be issued.
- If an order is cancelled after processing has begun or after special-order handling has occurred, I-69 Trailer Center may deduct a reasonable administrative or restocking fee where permitted by law and where disclosed to the customer.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after pickup has been completed; in those situations, the order will be handled under the return provisions of this policy.
Unwanted Items / Customer-Ordered Mistakes
If a customer ordered the wrong item or no longer wants the item, I-69 Trailer Center may accept the return if the item remains eligible under Section 3 above. In those situations:
- the customer may be responsible for any return transportation or delivery costs, if applicable;
- a restocking fee may apply where permitted by law and where disclosed to the customer; and
- the item must be returned in original, resalable condition.
Refund Timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or card issuer. As a practical guideline, posted refunds may take up to approximately 72 hours to appear after processing, though timing can vary.
Pickup and Non-Pickup Orders
Because the current storefront emphasizes in-store pickup, customers should arrange to pick up their order promptly after receiving confirmation that it is ready. I-69 Trailer Center reserves the right to contact a customer about delayed pickup, storage limitations, order cancellation, or refund handling for orders that are not picked up within a reasonable period.
Exceptions and Reserved Rights
I-69 Trailer Center reserves the right to deny a return or refund request that does not comply with this policy, appears fraudulent, involves misuse or abuse, or otherwise falls outside reasonable return standards, except where prohibited by applicable law.
- Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights a customer may have under applicable law.
- This policy may be updated from time to time by posting an updated version on the website.
