* You will be responsible for the days you reserve the rental even if you return it early. Please make sure your pick up and drop off dates are correct. *

** PLEASE READ ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW **

• Deposit of $1,000 must be on Visa/MasterCard/Discover (Includes $100 non-refundable reservation fee to hold dates you need trailer) We refund difference between deposit and rental fees when you return the trailer. Less any damages and/or cleaning fees if needed. 
• Proof of insurance on towing vehicle MUST BE PROVIDED DIRECTLY FROM THE INSURANCE PROVIDER (Due to liability issues)   =>

• You need to notify your insurance agent of your intention to haul/rent trailer. You have been advised by your agent that your liability and property damage insurance covers your risk of liability for injury or damage to others or their property and your insurance policy has been endorsed accordingly.
• Towing vehicle must be equipped with 7-way round trailer plug (for tandem axle units).
• Required 12V power at rear of towing vehicle for trailer brake axles. Rental will be cancelled, and $100 deposit forfeited due to a non-working brake controller or lack of 12V power for trailer brakes. Diagnosis starts at $75.00
• Renter must own towing vehicle, NO RENTAL VEHICLES.
• Minimum age is 25 years for trailer rentals.
• Tow Vehicle lighting for the trailer must be operational
• Your vehicle must be equipped with an adequate hitch system and lighting connections with working fuses to power rental trailer lights non-working light diagnosis starting at $75 additional fee.
• ALL DAMAGES TO RENTAL TRAILERS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT!
• Renters are required to pay toll fees incurred during rental.
• No heavy equipment with a small wheel base approved to load on the rental trailers. Example forklifts - This type of equipment WILL damage the trailer and you will be charged.
